Acuiti Health SMS Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of SMS (text message) notifications from Acuiti Health Inc (“we”, “us”, or “our”). You must agree to these terms if you choose to enroll in SMS notifications and submit your phone number through our website, acuiti.ca.

You may still use our website and service without subscribing to SMS notifications. In this case, these Terms will not apply to you. Our general terms of service can be found here.

Program Description

Acuiti Health offers SMS reminders to help users remember to perform scheduled physical exercise activities. Messages are sent based on reminder settings configured by the user or their authorized exercise professional within the Acuiti app.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your configured schedule, but will not exceed one message per day.

Message and data rates may apply.

Opt-In

You enroll in SMS messaging by submitting your own phone number through your authenticated account at acuiti.ca, and providing explicit consent to receive SMS messages.

Opt-Out

• Reply STOP to any message to opt out of SMS messages at any time.
